Interactions Overview
An interaction is the record of a time you engaged with a client — it answers why you met, when, where, and in what context. It’s a container that holds the programs involved, notes, location/work mode/channel, timing, an optional visit reason carried over from check-in, external resources discussed, and the actions taken. For how interactions fit into the bigger picture, see Key Concepts.
Two ways to start an interaction
Section titled “Two ways to start an interaction”- From the left side menu — the Interactions area.
- From the client’s profile — the Start New Interaction / New Interaction button.
Either way, the new interaction is tied to your currently selected client.
